定義和用法
createTFoot() 方法用於在表格中獲取或創建 <tfoot> 元素。
注意：如果 tfoot 元素在表格中已經存在， createTFoot() 方法返回存在的值,不會創建一個新的 <tfoot> 元素。
提示： 在表格中移除 tfoot 元素，請使用 deleteTFoot() 方法。
